Who we are
Infinity Property Sourcing Ltd, registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17413223, introduces property owners, investors and property professionals. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for data-protection purposes.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, property details, investment criteria, funding position, communications and information required for identity or anti-money-laundering checks.
How we use information
We use it to respond to enquiries, assess and introduce potential opportunities, administer relationships, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and—with permission—send relevant updates.
Online property estimates
When you request a property estimate, we look up registered sales through HM Land Registry and nearby postcodes through Postcodes.io. We send the property address and property characteristics to OpenAI and its web-search service to research comparable sales. Your contact details and any price expectation are not included in that AI request. We receive your contact details, property information, estimate and supporting research in our enquiry system so we can assess and discuss your property. Estimates are indicative and may require manual review. Do not include sensitive personal information in property notes.
Property address search
When you use the address finder, the address or postcode you type is sent to Ideal Postcodes to return matching property addresses. You can choose to enter your address manually instead.
Sharing and retention
We may share relevant information with prospective transaction parties and professional advisers where necessary. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose and legal obligations.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
